What Our Franchisees are saying...

Why become a Primp and Blow, Blow Dry Bar Franchisee?

We are committed to delivering exceptional customer service and are looking to expand across the country with franchisees who have a passion for providing an outstanding experience to their customers. If you are interested in investing in a blow dry bar franchise, we think you’ll find us to be the best choice.

Since inception in 2010, Primp and Blow’s business model has been a proven success, and our franchisees have benefited from this model as well. Our model includes a series of steps developed to ensure all guests receive the same signature experience that is unique to Primp and Blow.

We invite you to take a closer look at this special franchise opportunity, as not all blow dry bars are created equal!

Confidence To Go

The Primp and Blow concept is to offer professional shampoo blowouts and other luxury salon services that instill a sense of confidence and beauty. We also make coming into Primp and Blow for our services easy, by welcoming walk-ins, online booking, and mobile appointments with our branded app.

By offering additional services, such as makeup, lashes, and clip-in hair extensions, we help customers get a complete look that makes them feel beautiful, both inside and out.

Women will tell you that their hair can make or break their mood. Having a one-stop shop to gain confidence and brighten their mood is something that women desire. Until recently, however, salon-worthy hair was limited to those only with deep pockets or a full service hair appointment. Primp and Blow has changed that forever!

Since opening our first location in 2010, Primp and Blow’s unique business model has redefined the meaning and methods behind a successful blow dry bar. Primp and Blow is based on a unique series of steps that all employees follow during a customer’s visit. Implementing this series of steps ensures that all guests receive “The Primp and Blow Experience” that transfers from one location to another.

What Does Primp and Blow Offer to Its Franchisees?

We offer beautiful, unique, comfortable stores, and “look your best” services for visits in-between hair salon appointments. Blow dry bars with additional beauty services are a new, popular, and much needed business!

We provide our franchisees with the best products and equipment, including national brands, such as Freestyle Systems®, and Luxurious Oribe Products. Our hair extension bar offers luxurious permanent, non-permanent, and clip-in options. We offer only the best hair extension product lines to our customers, including BELLAMI PRO and Halo Couture.

Our makeup bars are an important part of our service, and important to the store’s profits as well. You can use this important add-on to provide a complete beauty experience. We offer a variety of different makeup looks and lash options for our customers.

We have negotiated buying programs to help you save money; we’re not trying to build a distribution company.

Support & Operational Training

Our knowledge and experience is applied to thoroughly train you to become a Primp and Blow franchisee. Support is at the forefront of our mission. Simply put, we are there for you, every step of the way.

As a franchisee, you gain the support of a dedicated and experienced team of experts. We will train you at our headquarters and in-store using an extensive curriculum from our skilled professionals. Prior to opening, we will come out to assist in training your staff and help you get ready for your grand opening.

Our team will never be more than a phone call or email away from providing you answers to your questions regarding your franchise. Your success is our goal. We want brand growth in new markets that we have designated for franchisees. This is one reason we are very motivated to see you succeed and will do all we reasonably can to provide you with the best training and ongoing support as a franchisee.

What can you expect in terms of support? We will offer you a very comprehensive training plan, including training at one of our Primp and Blow locations. Once the classroom training, as well as in-store training, is complete, we will help direct your new store opening preparation and staff training before the grand opening.

Marketing & Branding

From assisting you in planning your pre-sale and grand opening to ongoing operations, our team will be available to help you design and implement an advertising and promotional plan that will help you reach your target audience.

You will not only benefit from our brand, but also our experience in successfully operating our own store locations. Unlike many franchises, we actually practice what we teach.

Your Very Own Store

Our sleek and boutique-style designed layout, décor, and theme is created to help customers have an enjoyable experience every time they visit. This theme is translated identically to each franchisee location, but still gives you the freedom to add some of your personal flair. Each store promotes a relaxing atmosphere that our customers enjoy as they get pampered from your own professional staff. Our consistent use of colors and a sleek, modern design enhances the overall look and feel of Primp and Blow, creating a distinction between your store and other blow dry bars in your area.

Like most franchise establishments, there are a few requirements for owning your own store. In most cases you would need approximately 1,200 – 1,400 square feet. The site is required to be within a retail shopping area anchored by high-end brands such as Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, as well as other services that in total create what we refer to as a “daily needs center.” The selected location should also have great visibility and ample, convenient parking.

How Much Can I Earn As A Franchisee?

While historical averages are included in the Primp and Blow franchise disclosure document (item 19), we encourage you to perform your own due diligence. Once you become a franchisee, our team will provide additional financial information necessary to help form your business plan. A lot of valuable information can be obtained from industry sources such as IBIS World, Professional Beauty Association (PBA), and the Small Business Development Center (SBDC), just to name a few.

We strongly encourage you to perform your own research as part of a thorough due diligence process. You may also find the Small Business Administration (SBA) to be a great source for a business plan template, as well as other information regarding owning your own business if this is your first time.
